ClipBridge is an AI-powered video content repurposing platform that helps users transform long-form videos into short-form clips optimized for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin. The Service includes video processing, AI-generated subtitles, and content optimization features.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant ClipBridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to upload and use the content; (b) your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (c) your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ClipBridge and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at [email protected] with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief; (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIPBRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClipBridge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and User Content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
