You can request a refund within 14 days from the start of your subscription. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis, meaning you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.
If you subscribed to a monthly plan and request a refund after 10 days, you will receive approximately 66% of your payment back (20 unused days out of 30).
After the 14-day window, refunds are not available. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
To request a refund, please contact our support team or use the Manage Subscription portal. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
When you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing cycle, then the full new plan price at your next billing date.
When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will receive a prorated credit for the price difference. Your usage allowance will be adjusted to the new plan's limits at the start of your next billing period.
If you downgrade and have already used more than your new plan's limit, your current usage will be maintained until the next billing period. At that point, your usage will reset to match your new plan's allowance.
All paid subscriptions are set to auto-renew. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then be downgraded to the Free plan.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. During this grace period, your subscription will be marked as "Past Due" but you will still have access to your features. Please update your payment method in the billing portal to avoid service interruption.
